it hasnt been as bad as i thought it would be.
i just wanna continue to work hard and show that to the managers.
because i cant answer for others in my department. all i can do is show my manager how hard i can work.
especially that she will be working with us so close by.
i really have been taking my first breaks by 11am, when they really should be takin by 9am.
now i know management doesn't like that, and this is something that im not trying to prove to management when it comes to working hard. even though i am working hard. but there is just so much stuff to get done.
also because of so much stuff that needs to get done, you have to learn to get the most important things done first, and also learn to cover your own tail. by doing that, it comes across as challenging other associates, as if they think i am getting after them like a manager. but in all honesty, i am just keeping the communication line open and making sure tasks dont come back to bite me in the behind. sometimes others dont like that. no offense, but im just protecting myself.
but over all, its been fun. even though it has been busy, the xmas season also brings its own fun moments.
it has taught me how much i can juggle before i become completely exhausted. which is okay too.
the associates i work with make the day go by fast. they are fun to work with.
