Food is meant to be eatin only after a work out, during the day!
I have practiced this so many times.
I know it works, because it feels right.
So Wallace D. Wattles was right!
If you want to lose weight, do this!!
It might not be easy to do, but as you eat small amounts of foods and then go work out, you will notice how much better it is to train on an almost empty stomach.
