When I know that I am doing the best I can, & I'm still forced to reach unrealistic goals, I will continue going thru the motions the best I can without any worry or anxiety & they still will bring in reinforcement b4 u start sinking anyways.
This isn't china. And u must stand your ground & not let it be.
